The house rises in the residential area of Marina di Modica, 5 minutes’ walk to the sea and the main place, where you can find cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, paper shops, the pharmacy, etc. I live in the house during some periods of the year. This is why the house is fully furnished for your needs. The countertop appliances in the kitchen are at your disposal, there is a small laundry room next. The living room is provided with tv, wifi, books and some magazines (in Italian though!). In the two bathrooms you can find the hairdryer and some shower gel for a short stay. Finally, the bedrooms are designed for two people each, but there is room enough to add inflatable mattresses if you are a numerous group. During your stay, you can also use the outside area around the house: the terrace in the front and the one in the back (with a grill for barbecues), a small green grass bed near the entrance, and the parking place (4 cars easily) under the shed.
